Operating hours 9:00 am -9:00 pm (Saturday – Thursday)
Late appointment taken at 8pm for any one hour treatment
12:00pm – 6:00pm (Friday& Public Holiday).
Late appointment taken at 5pm for any one hour treatment.
Spa Reservations
Spa reservations can be made by telephone or email. When
making your reservation we require the following: Your
contact telephone number and Credit Card details. These
are taken for all advance bookings.
Arrival
Time
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment
time.
If this is your first visit to Essence Spa, we will require
you to fill out a spa consultation form.
This will enable us to tailor your treatment to your specific
needs.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late for your appointment will reduce your
treatment time
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to reschedule or cancel your booking,
you can do so at anytime subject to giving us a minimum
of 4 hours notice. If a cancellation is made less than
4 hours prior to your appointment time, a 50% charge
will apply. For all no-shows the full charge of the
treatment will apply.
How to Spa
Please come as you are. We will provide you with the
necessary attire for all your treatments.
Mobile Phones
We like to ensure all our guests have a very special
and uninterrupted time with us.
We, therefore do not permit the use of mobile phones
in the spa.
Home Care Plan
All elemis treatments include consultation and home
card plan.
